RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Aroom Audio.  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, but in the chance you are not satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to return it for refund or store credit.  Please see below for guidelines on our return policy.

GENERAL TERMS

All returns must be requested within seven (7) days of shown delivery date, according to carrier tracking number.  Please email customer service at: info@aroomaudio.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. 

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns, unless the item was received "damaged" or "not as described".

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.  Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
